Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated and hardworking UAE National to join our growing People & Culture team as an HR Coordinator immediately. We are looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and willing to go the extra mile to support our HR operations across Cranleigh Abu Dhabi and other Aldar Education’s schools. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals across the Aldar Education network, gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations and administration.

HR Administration & Employee Support
- Be the part of the teams first point of contact for staff on HR queries.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.
- Support in processing employee requests such as NOCs, bank letters, and experience certificates.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.
- Help with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the right documents, access, and information to start smoothly.
- Support visa processing and ADEK pass applications in coordination with relevant teams.
Performance & Development
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisals and probation reviews.
- Track training and development opportunities for staff and maintain records of professional development.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Support time and attendance tracking for employees.
- Assist with health insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Provide guidance to employees on general HR matters.
- Support the HR team with investigations, disciplinary cases, and maintaining confidential records.
- Help organize staff engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar.
- Related industry qualification, of graduate level, for the assigned functional area(s).
- Recognized HR Qualification and/or professional subscription (eg CIPD) desirable.
Minimum Experience
- Experience working in a HR or people facing role is desirable.
- UAE Nationals will only be considered for this role.
