We are looking for a well experienced HR Executive with minimum 3 years of experience for our group.
1.Salary range will be starts from AED 3500 - AED 5000 it will be finalised during the interview.
2.Only Candidates who are ready to join immediately.
Job Description:
Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals, including performance management and employee development programs.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and updating HR policies as needed.
Managing payroll, benefits administration, and performance appraisals.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
