Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for an HR Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement strategies and programs.
- Develop initiatives that support culture-building, recognition, wellness, and team development.
- Partner with managers and leadership to assess engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate internal communication strategies that align with company values.
- Plan and manage events, town halls, wellness activities, and team-building initiatives.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English;
- Must be available in UAE.
