RiseUp Real Estate is a dynamic and growing real estate firm known for delivering innovative property solutions and exceptional client service. We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team and lead HR operations, culture, and talent initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of a real estate organization
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent in real estate, sales, and project teams
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems
- Lead training and development programs, especially for sales and field staff
- Drive employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave policies
- Support leadership with workforce planning and succession strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in the real estate or construction sector
- Strong understanding of real estate team structures (sales, leasing, site operations, legal, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS software
- Familiarity with real estate sales commission structures
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
