We seek a professional HR Officer to join our team at Joli Tir Party Photography in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the HR field and the ability to manage various HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Handling job postings, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and development initiatives.
- Employee Records: Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with local regulations.
- Performance Management: Preparing and managing performance evaluation reports.
- HR Administration: Overseeing HR documentation and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Workplace Environment: Contributing to a positive work environment and improving employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
