Job Title: Site HSE Officer

Job Description:
Fast Construction L.L.C. is seeking a qualified Site HSE Officer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies on active project sites across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a safety-first culture, and proactively identifying site risks to prevent incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments
- Monitor work activities for HSE compliance and enforce safety protocols
- Deliver toolbox talks and site inductions to workers and subcontractors
- Ensure proper PPE use and maintenance of HSE records
- Coordinate emergency response drills and incident investigations
- Liaise with government and regulatory bodies (e.g. DCD, DM)
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Safety, Engineering, or relevant field
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience as an HSE Officer in construction (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
