Job Title: HSE Officer – Construction Projects (Site-Based)
We are hiring a certified HSE Officer to join our site-based safety team in ensuring strict compliance with UAE safety regulations across our ongoing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement site-specific HSE policies and procedures in accordance with UAE labor law and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Enforce safe practices for high-risk activities including working at height, scaffolding, confined space, etc.
- Maintain all safety records and incident logs for auditing.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities during inspections and audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE site experience in HSE within construction or contracting sector.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
- UAE-attested HSE Certification from an approved training provider.
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality / Trakhees / OSHAD / ADM regulations.
- Good communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Location: Construction Project Site – UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 6,000 per month
