Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer – Site Employees Operations to manage end-to-end HR functions for site-based employees. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and recruitment specifically in the manpower supply industry. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations for a large workforce deployed across various sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of site employees across various projects.
- Process and manage employee visas (new, renewals, cancellations) in coordination with PROs and government authorities.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and site assignment details.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to forecast manpower requirements.
- Oversee HR operations for 500+ site-based employees, including attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience in the UAE, specifically in manpower supply or contracting companies.
- Must have managed visa processes for a workforce of at least 500 employees.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple site operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Hindi and English language proficiency; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
