Job Description:
Universal BIM is looking for an experienced HVAC Draughtsman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC drafting and design. We seek a detail-oriented professional who is locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local UAE regulations.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping layouts.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
