- Prepares clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes by performing the following duties for MEP Projects
- Makes drawing adjustments or changes as directed by the Engineering Management.
- Utilize knowledge of various drafting packages and software to complete drawings.
- Visually compares design of component, or other equipment with drawing of parts, matching coordinating points for accuracy of fit.
- Prepare Mechanical Shop Drawing, Plan, Section, Schematic Diagram, Schedule of Equipment s, Equipment Installation Details
- Makes final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimension of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project
- Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings
- Draws charts for representation of statistical data
- Draws finished designs from sketches
- Revise and resubmit commented drawings.
- Prepare As-built Drawing for project documentation
- Quantity takeoff for HVAC drawings and preparation of BOQ
