We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Foreman to oversee and manage HVAC installations and maintenance at various project sites. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of UAE experience in supervising HVAC works in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage HVAC technicians and subcontractors on-site
- Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment)
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers and other departments for work scheduling
- Ensure all HVAC work is carried out according to project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance
- Monitor material usage and prepare daily site progress reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HVAC works (Gulf experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Able to manage manpower and handle pressure at site
