Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the AC installation team, ensuring efficient and timely execution of projects.
- Review and understand HVAC drawings, specifications, and requirements for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans in coordination with the project team.
- Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor on-site work progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and client satisfaction.
- Handle on-site troubleshooting and ensure technical issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain records of daily site activity, material usage, and installation progress.
- Ensure all installations are completed in line with Dubai Municipality and relevant authority regulations.
- Conduct inspections after job completion to ensure compliance and zero back jobs.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to improve skill levels and maintain quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in AC installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including split, ducted, and package units.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Experience in handling residential and commercial projects in the UAE.
