Job Description
- Install, maintain, clean and repair indoor air quality systems, such as air conditioners, and identify maintenance risks on equipment
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions and internal and external guests’ requirements.
Qualifications
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
