• Request for quotes from freight forwarder
• Shipment tracking
• Contact with international suppliers
• Permanent coordination and communication with customs, freight forwarders, and transporters.
• Monitor the process in transit.
• Review of import declarations

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in the area of imports
• Handling office tools (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of Inconterms and tariff classification.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
• High organizational capacity and concentration to follow up on processes
