Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily nursing care, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions (e.g., blood pressure, sugar levels, vitals).
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises to maintain physical function.
- Prepare and assist with meals in accordance with dietary needs.
- Monitor patient’s condition and respond to any changes with appropriate care or escalation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records.
- Ensure cleanliness and infection control in the patient’s living space.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers as needed.
- Accompany patient to medical appointments, if required.
Requirements:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum [2–5] years of experience in in-home care, elderly care, or hospital/clinic setting.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong observational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Respectful, discreet, and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Must be physically fit to assist with mobility and patient support.
