Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced In-House Recruiter who is fluent in Arabic to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, ensuring a seamless hiring experience and contributing to building a strong workforce within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Liaise with hiring managers to define job requirements and timelines.
- Post job ads across portals and proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain accurate records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build a strong pipeline for recurring and future vacancies.
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
- Knowledge of UAE labor regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
