We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator & Indoor Sales Executive to support our sales operations and drive business growth. This dual-role position involves managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and actively engaging in indoor sales activities to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and client communication.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product/service solutions.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell company products and services.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales by maintaining strong client engagement.
- Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in signage, advertising, construction, or related industries.
- Ability to draft professional business correspondence and presentations.
