Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, with a focus on generating leads, converting them into loyal customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various resources, effectively converting leads into customers.
- Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and needs, providing tailored solutions.
- Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service by addressing post-sale inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately update client information, track sales interactions, and report on lead conversion progress.
- Product Knowledge and Learning: Continuously learn about our services and client solutions, staying informed of company offerings to meet client needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-5 years of telesales experience in the UAE, ideally within a service-focused environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including CRM and MS Office.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication in English, Arabic, and Hindi to effectively interact with a diverse client base.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to offer solutions based on client capabilities and requirements.
- Customer-Centric: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Personal Qualities: Quick learner, adaptable, and able to join immediately.
