We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive with a background in networking and CISCO technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in generating leads, supporting external sales teams, and promoting our IT products and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to promote networking solutions and CISCO products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions or refer to technical experts.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals based on client needs.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing deals to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical and external sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends in networking and CISCO solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (BTech).
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably with exposure to CISCO products and networking technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Preferred:
- Certifications in CISCO (CCNA or higher) or equivalent networking credentials.
- Prior experience in B2B sales within the IT or networking domain.
