Position Overview
The Installation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating flooring installation activities from scheduling to completion. This role ensures that all installation works are executed according to Floorworld’s quality standards, within agreed timelines, and in line with client requirements. The Installation Coordinator acts as the main point of contact between clients, site teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate daily installation activities across multiple sites.
- Review project plans, work orders, and materials required for each installation.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to site in coordination with the warehouse and logistics teams.
- Monitor work progress and address any on-site issues in collaboration with team supervisors.
Client & Internal Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding installation schedules and updates.
- Coordinate with the estimation, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth handover of approved projects.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all installation works adhere to Floorworld’s quality standards and project specifications.
- Verify that WIR (Work Inspection Requests) are completed and approved on time.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations at all times.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of daily installations, completed areas, and outstanding works.
- Track and update installation progress in the system and ensure timely closure of tickets (FOC or sales orders).
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with installation supervisors, site foremen, and subcontractors to ensure proper workforce allocation.
- Support training and guidance of new installation team members when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in flooring or construction project coordination.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (client-facing role).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking software (experience with ERP or installation management systems preferred).
- Basic technical knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
