Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Interior and Fit-Out Coordinator to manage and oversee interior finishing and fit-out works for villas, mid-rise, and high-rise residential buildings. The role involves coordinating between designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely, quality-focused execution of all interior works according to project requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of UAE experience in interior and fit-out coordination, preferably within residential and high-rise projects.
- Solid knowledge of interior finishes, detailing, materials, and joinery.
- Proficient in reading architectural and MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of site execution practices, quality control, and finishing standards.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with interior fit-out codes and regulations in the UAE is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating high-end or luxury residential interiors.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and material sourcing.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
