Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Architect with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience within the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions, preparing technical drawings, and overseeing the execution of interior fit-out projects to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver interior architecture projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections in line with project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the design intent is executed effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, standards, and authority approval processes.
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for interior fit-out works.
- Stay informed of industry trends, materials, and innovative design practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years UAE-based experience in interior architecture, design, and fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery, finishes, and materials.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with client-facing experience.
