Job Description
NEXT Engineering Consultants is seeking a highly experienced Interior Design Manager with 15+ years of expertise to lead our Interior Design Team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and mentor the interior design team across all project phases.
· Develop and present creative design concepts aligned with client vision and company standards.
· Review and approve design drawings, materials, and finishes.
· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
· Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining design excellence.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
· Minimum 15 years of experience in interior design, including leadership/managerial roles.
· Proven experience working with major real estate developers on large-scale projects
· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, and other design software.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
Must be currently based in the UAE
