We are looking for a creative and skilled Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts tailored to project requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using Autodesk, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and other relevant software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion and Corona Render).
- Create project mood boards, presentations and mock-ups, and color schemes aligned with client vision and brand identity.
- Source and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and décor within the project’s style and budget.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and functional goals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth design implementation.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve on-site design issues, and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Manage timelines and contribute to ensuring the project stays on budget.
- Stay informed on industry trends, sustainable materials, and evolving design innovations.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under the guidance of the Managing Director.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Good English (and Arabic preferably) communication skills are required (speaking and writing).
