Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and space plans that align with client needs and project objectives
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and detailed presentations
- Create technical drawings, 3D renders, and layout plans using design software
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay up-to-date with local design trends, sustainability practices, and cultural aesthetics
- Ensure all designs meet local building regulations and project budgets
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews
- Support the senior design team in preparing tender documents and BOQs
