About the Role:
As an Interior/exterior Design Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring the seamless progression of Interior/exterior design projects. You will work closely with private clients, corporate clients, architects, and designers to provide expert consultancy, manage the full sales cycle, and guarantee an exceptional experience from consultation through to installation. Your leadership will be key in ensuring the team’s success in achieving sales targets and delivering quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead the sales team by providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets. Oversee the team's performance, ensuring they meet and exceed expectations.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored Interior/exterior design solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both private and corporate clients.
- Managing the Sales Cycle:
Lead the entire sales process—from initial consultation to final delivery and installation. Ensure that the sales team follows through with each step, providing clients with consistent, high-quality service.Develop and propose efficient commercial offers that maximize ROI and sales volume, taking into account market dynamics and competitive analysis. Support the team in creating tailored proposals to meet client needs.Ensure smooth coordination between the sales team and other departments (e.g., design, operations) to facilitate the progress of ongoing projects. Oversee project timelines, ensuring that all stages are completed to client satisfaction.Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking performance trends, key KPIs, and the progress of active projects. Maintain an updated project pipeline, forecasting sales and identifying potential risks to address during monthly and quarterly reviews.Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills in customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales techniques.Handle escalated client issues or complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolutions to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.Deliver comprehensive Interior/exterior design solutions, including space planning, mood boards, furniture selection, and design concept presentations. Work with clients to customize designs according to their preferences, budgets, and functional requirements.Use CAD software and AI tools in design to produce impactful visualizations and presentations for clients.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and innovations in the luxury market, applying this knowledge to continually elevate the client experience.Provide valuable market insights and feedback to management, ensuring that sales strategies and offerings are aligned with client needs and market demands.Required Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Interior/exterior Design, Architecture, Business, or related disciplines).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury furniture sales or Interior/exterior design sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive sales performance and motivate a team.
- Fluent in English/Arabic with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong creativity, reliability, and a client-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools in design visualization is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
