Job Title: Vinyl Wrap Installer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Vinyl Wrap Installer to apply vinyl wraps to various surfaces, ensuring a flawless, bubble-free finish. The ideal candidate will accurately measure and cut vinyl wraps, prepare surfaces for application, and deliver high-quality results. Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Vinyl Wrap Application:
- Precisely apply vinyl wraps to a variety of surfaces, ensuring a smooth, bubble-free finish.
- Accurately measure and cut vinyl wraps to fit different surfaces perfectly.
Preparation and Finishing:
- Prepare surfaces by thoroughly cleaning and smoothing them before application.
- Ensure seamless finishes and carefully trim any excess material.
Client Interaction:
- Professionally engage with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Address any queries or concerns from clients before, during, or after the installation process.
Maintenance and Repair:
- Provide clients with guidelines on maintaining their new vinyl-wrapped surfaces.
- Conduct repairs or adjustments on existing vinyl wraps as necessary.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with the design and customer service teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback.
- Contribute ideas for improving installation techniques and enhancing customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous experience in vinyl wrap installation, preferably in a similar industry, is required.
- Reference checks will be conducted, and proof of previous work must be provided.
Carpentry Skills:
- Basic carpentry skills and experience in fixing wooden cabinets and skirtings to ensure a perfect foundation for vinyl application.
Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Ability to work accurately with measurements.
- Clear communication with team members and clients.
Customer Service:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Problem-Solving:
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that might arise during installation.

- Ability to work harmoniously with other team members and departments.
Certification:
- Certification in vinyl installation or related fields is a plus.
