Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits in accordance with the IIA standards and organizational policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Prepare audit findings and recommendations in comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Assist in the development of the annual audit plan and perform risk assessments.
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for efficiency and compliance improvements.
Requirements:
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of internal auditing experience, preferably within a consultancy or professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
