We are seeking an experienced Broker with a proven track record in the global trading of Urea and Sulphur to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong international sales experience, an established network of buyers and suppliers, and the ability to close high-value deals in competitive markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage international client relationships in the fertilizer sector (Urea, Sulphur, and related products).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in global markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with buyers and suppliers.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in trading/export sales of Urea and Sulphur.
- Strong network of international contacts in the fertilizer industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + attractive commission structure based on performance.
