Job Title: Investment Manager
Exp: 7-8 years (UAE)
Location: Dubai
Job responsibilities:
Strategic Investment Management:
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of the organization’s short-, medium-, and long-term investment strategies in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluation of new investment opportunities, including financial modeling, ROI projections, scenario planning, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with external advisors, analysts, and stakeholders to perform due diligence on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Oversee post-investment performance tracking, ensuring portfolio optimization, exit strategy planning, and ongoing valuation.
- Prepare and present investment memoranda and strategy briefs to the Board and Investment Committees.
Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting (FP&A):
- Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes across business units.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop dashboards and business intelligence tools to support performance measurement and decision-making.
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy, pricing decisions, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Capital & Treasury Management:
- Oversee treasury operations including liquidity planning, debt covenant compliance, and bank relationship management.
- Monitor cash flow positions and forecasts to ensure adequate funding for operations and investments.
- Manage the capital structure, including equity and debt financing strategies, and participate in capital raising initiatives as needed.
- Review and implement hedging strategies to manage financial risks such as interest rate and foreign exchange exposure.
Financial Governance, Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial, tax, investment, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, SEC, local laws).
- Coordinate external and internal audits and facilitate timely financial disclosures and statutory reporting.
- Maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard organizational assets and ensure transparency.
- Support the development of an enterprise-wide risk management framework in collaboration with legal and compliance functions.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Supervise and mentor finance and investment analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance and investment processes and systems.
- Represent the Finance function in executive meetings, investment committees, strategic planning sessions, and board briefings.
- Act as the principal delegate in the absence of the Investment and Finance Director.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
