Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Property Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate investments, market trends, and financial analysis to guide clients in making informed property investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert investment advice on residential and commercial properties.
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing investment properties.
- Develop and maintain a network of investors, developers, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate regulations and financial policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and financial projections for investment properties.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and investment guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate investment advisory or property sales.
- Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and investment landscape.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
