Job Description
We are hiring an IT Field Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling IT products and services, managing field-based client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role is well-suited for individuals with technical knowledge and a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and field meetings
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Understand customer IT needs and provide tailored solutions
- Deliver post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
- Share customer insights with marketing and product teams
- Submit weekly reports and market feedback
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1–3 years of IT sales experience (hardware, software, or services)
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and applications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Valid UAE driving license preferred, or must be willing to travel via public transport
