Job Title: IT Project Coordinator (Female with spouse visa)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role involves handling CRM software, coordinating IT projects, and overseeing website and email systems for our education group (Brillianz, BIMS, and Inspire).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize leads from ads and websites into Google Sheets and assign to teams.
- Respond to and manage enquiries across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Email, and Google Reviews.
- CRM & Portal Management
- Oversee and assist in the development and testing of HRM software and student mobile applications.
- Update and maintain WordPress websites (Brillianz, BIMS College, Inspire).
- Manage domains and hosting (Hostinger).
- Handle ZeptoMail for ERP-generated emails.
- Administer Outlook/Office 365 accounts for staff and official use.
- Manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Update and manage Google Business profiles for all branches.
- Monitor reviews and messages, respond professionally, and ensure NAP consistency.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, marketing, and academic teams for cross-functional tasks.
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, lead status, and task completion.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, or Project Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of lead management and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of software or app development coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
