We are looking for a Project Manager with 8+years experience to manage organization of key client projects
Responsibilities
Lead all assigned projects as per the PMO methodology and enforces project standards
- Monitor project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Lead the development of project deliverables for each project stage.
- Develop a baseline project schedule and monitor project progress against it (actual versus planned targets).
- Define and document projects Risk, Actions, Issues and Dependencies
- Define and document project Change Request and ensure adherence to GIT change management process.
- Identify and resolve project interdependencies in collaboration with the concerned project managers.
- Identify key project stakeholders and assigns individual responsibilities
- Support project managers as needed.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately as per standards
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing for approval
- Ensures projects meet industry leading quality standards.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
- Develops effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project.
Requirements and skills
- 8+ years of experience in the same field required
- Bachelors of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP certification is a plus
- Candidate available to join are preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 per month
