Job Title: Joinery Draftsman

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Joinery Draftsman with a strong background in joinery and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of UAE experience in preparing detailed drawings for joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and cutting lists for production based on design drawings and site measurements.
- Interpret architectural and interior design plans and translate them into technical joinery drawings.
- Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure accuracy and practicality of drawings.
- Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD (and other relevant software).
- Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, client specifications, and project requirements.
- Revise drawings based on design changes or client feedback.
- Provide technical support to the project management and site installation teams.
- Maintain and organize drawing records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a joinery/interior fit-out company is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a plus).
- Good knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with UAE joinery standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of site installation and production processes is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
