Role Overview
Assist senior staff in delivering attentive, efficient service—setting tables, serving guests, and maintaining a spotless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare service areas: set tables with cutlery, glassware, napkins.
- Greet, seat, and serve guests; support senior waiters in food and beverage service.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and send soiled dishes to the kitchen.
- Replenish condiments, napkins, and service station supplies.
- Uphold restaurant hygiene and report any equipment issues.
- Know the menu and daily specials; direct guest enquiries to supervisors.
Skills & Attributes
- Friendly, professional, guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Stamina for standing and carrying trays throughout shifts
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus Qualifications
- No formal hospitality experience required—entry-level welcome
- Any food hygiene certification is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
