FIRE7 LLC is A+ certified and approved by Civil Defense and Free Zone Authorities to install, maintain, and testify all kinds of Fire Protection Systems in Dubai, Sharjah, and Jabel Ali Free Zone.
We are looking for a proactive Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our billing and collection processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely follow up for payments over phone.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly.
- Tele calling for payment followup
- Monitor customer accounts and track incoming payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are properly accounted for.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and initiate collection procedures as needed.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
- Prepare accounts receivable reports and assist in month-end closing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
