We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in accounting who is eager to develop their skills and grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audit processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
- Maintain organized records and assist with documentation for audits and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or local standards)
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity
- Strong communication and organizational skills
