Work Schedule:
- 6 working days per week (Friday off)
- Duty Hours: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
- Post daily purchase, sales, and stock transactions
- Verify GRNs, supplier invoices, and delivery notes
- Reconcile stock levels with physical inventory
- Coordinate with the storekeeper for stock accuracy
- Monitor branch-level cash handling and petty cash
- Assist in month-end stock and financial closing
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the Accounts Department
- Support internal/external audits with required documents
- Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory and finance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (e.g., B.Com, BBA, or equivalent Master’s degree) is mandatory
- Additional certifications such as CMA or CAT are an added advantage
- Proven experience in accounting within a retail store, shop, or accounts department
- UAE experience is considered an advantage
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is required
- Arabic and Hindi language skills will be considered an added advantage
- Proficiency in ERP systems and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
