Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software, and capable of preparing detailed architectural working drawings in compliance with local regulations and thelocal Building Code. You will support the senior design and technical teams throughout all phases of project development, from concept to construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 2D and 3D architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Create conceptual and detailed 3D models and visualizations for client presentations.
- Prepare complete working drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Ensure all drawings and documents are fully compliant with local codes.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure integration of all design aspects.
- Assist in preparing submission packages for authority approvals.
- Maintain accurate project records and follow company CAD/BIM standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
