We are looking for a Junior Architectural Draftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings and shop drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop 3D visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max or similar software.
- Support in preparing submission packages for developers and authorities.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Assist in producing detailed architectural plans, sections, and elevations.
- Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, and design concepts to support the design team.
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
- Review drawings to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Provide support in site coordination and clarifications when needed.
- Assist in developing quantity take-offs and material schedules for submissions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Microsoft Office (or equivalent software).
- Creative, energetic, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks efficiently.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
