We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-turnover restaurants within the F&B sector and a solid understanding of cost control processes, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and variance analysis
- Ensure cost effectiveness in procurement and storage procedures
- Analyze sales data and forecast consumption trends
- Work closely with purchasing and kitchen teams to optimize resource use
- Prepare accurate cost and profit analysis reports
- Enforce compliance with internal financial policies and controls
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of F&B cost control experience in the UAE
- Experience working in high-turnover restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory, costing software, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
