Position Title: Junior Legal Advisor (Emiratization) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 17K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: One of the UAE’s leading free zones, dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs for it's hassle-free business setup and versatile licensing solutions. Job Description: • Conduct analysis and research on various legal matters. And assist in reviewing legal materials and other relevant documents to identify critical issues that need to be addressed. • Provide advice on legal issues and assist in reviewing and drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and agreements. • Draft formalities regarding the settlement of disputes and monitor the implementation of legal clauses. • Support the Manager of Legal Affairs Office in provide general legal counsel, with the objective to minimize legal risk to current, ongoing, and future contracts with external parties (Partners, tenants, Consultants, suppliers, and other external parties).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year of experience in same role • Knowledgeable in basic research methods and reporting techniques. • With effective communication skills in Arabic and English.
