- Monitor daily production activities and ensure timely execution of production schedules.
- Analyze production processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues or quality defects.
- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering.
- Experience: Min 2 to 3 years in Steel fabrication industry.
