We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in the events and exhibitions industry, focusing on booth setup and on-site execution for local trade shows.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate the planning, setup, and breakdown of exhibition booths
- Work closely with design and production teams to turn technical plans into successful builds
- Read and interpret floor plans and venue layouts accurately
- Supervise on-site teams, vendors, and contractors during installation
- Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure timely project delivery while keeping quality, safety, and budget in mind
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in exhibition booth setup, events production, or related fields such as construction, interior fit-out, or site coordination (experience within the GCC or Middle East is preferred) Strong understanding of booth-building processes and event logistics
- Proficient in tools like AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Able to read and understand floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); preference will be given to candidates who can also speak Hindi.
- Reliable, organized, and proactive on-site and off-site
A plus but not mandatory:
- Experience working on international trade shows or exhibitions in the Middle East
- Knowledge of sustainable or modular booth designs
- Basic budgeting and reporting skills
- With UAE Driver’s license

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
