- Assist in managing day to day kitchen operations, focusing on Arabic Cuisine
- Prepare and present high quality traditional and modern Arabic dishes
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
- Proven experience as a junior Sous Chef Or Senior Chef de Partie in Arabic cuisine
- Strong Knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients and presentation.
