Job Purpose
To oversee and coordinate the activities of the event delivery team during assigned shifts, ensuring the successful execution of events in line with plans and timelines. Responsibilities include managing both in-house and temporary staff, overseeing logistics, and maintaining department asset inventory.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the event delivery team during shifts, including task allocation, progress monitoring, and ensuring effective communication.
- Oversee all operational aspects of event delivery, including setup and teardown, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure events are executed to the highest quality standards by conducting regular checks and verifying tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, activities, and issues encountered.
- Train, guide, and support team members to enhance their skills, performance, and overall development.
- Serve as the point of contact for event planners during shifts, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
