- Job Responsibility :
- Assisting in supervising restaurant staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow. This may involve monitoring employee performance and providing guidance.
- Helping with the training of new employees and providing ongoing support to existing staff.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service, addressing complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- Assisting with inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock level.
- Helping to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Effectively communicating with staff, management, and customers.
- Addressing and resolving issues that arise during their shifts, including customer complaints and operational challenges.
- Helping to create staff schedules, manage staff availability, and ensure adequate coverage.
- Assisting with sales initiatives and schemes.
- Promoting a sales-driven culture.
- Arranging group events and ensuring proper service.
- Coordinating with event organizers and suppliers.
- Ensuring the restaurant is adequately staffed and prepared for events.
- Maximizing sales and revenue opportunities during event
Key Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Russian and English Speaking is a must.
- Female Preferred for this role.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B and B2C experience.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Proficiency in event planning software and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Be in the trend - track trends in the sphere of kids' events
