Party Zone LLC is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationship with assigned HORECA clients.
- Coordinate and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and account receivables.
- Upsell and promote new product launches or seasonal collections to clients.
- Assist in onboarding new accounts, documentation, and sample sharing.
- Prepare client proposals, order confirmations, and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or client service, ideally in HORECA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Female candidates preferred
- Based in Dubai with valid Driving License.
