Job Responsibilities & Tasks
- Set & achieve revenue and market share growth targets in compliance with company’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Support product management in planning and finalizing forecasts by projecting expected sales volume.
- Set tactical sales plans and evaluate their effectiveness and take action where needed.
- Keep track of competition moves and products, vulnerabilities and threats and recommend plan of action duly.
- Recommend product & service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Keep abreast on market dynamics and trends by analysing economic and competition indicators resulting in a plan of action as needed.
- Gather and interpret market data that enables acquisition and expansion of territories.
- Analyse consumption share growth, e-commerce inquiries and product line expansions to generate more revenue opportunities.
- Build and apply sector based selling models / teams to address unique customer structures (commercial large chain, Tenders, Government, Public and Additional adaptations)
- Analyse regularly the effectiveness of the sales operations to strengthen the present distribution channels through monitoring product penetration and developing future promising ones.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a healthy relationship with CSD units and company distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through periodic market visits and business driven activities as needed (business lunch, etc.)
- Set and manage the receivables by maintaining them within credit policy terms and propose to the distributors appropriate credit and payment facilities in line with company policies.
- Ensure effective implementation for company transformation Plans and work with his subordinates on achieving company objectives.
- Propose and manage department budget (sales incentives, volume rebate policy, events, gifts, etc…) in line with pre-approved targets.
Special Working Conditions
- Job requires travel, and mobility (upon requirement).
